Cheyne Walk, London
Our challenge was to integrate technology into a privately owned
Grade I-listed house in Chelsea area.

The owner is a real audiophile and did not want to sacrifice any quality of the sound. The conservation officer would not allow visible ceiling speakers to be installed.

Additionally the owner has a significant art collection and wanted flexibility in the lighting control to allow for many lighting scenes. The Mews library is a show piece of masters’ works and required completely invisible technology so it did not compete with the hand made wood works.

Mews and main house are tied together to allow global control from anywhere in the house.

  • Clipsal lighting control
  • Clipsal Multi zone Audio
  • Qsonix music server with remote zone touch screen in Mews
  • Cinema in Mews
  • Amina hidden speakers in all listed areas of the house (More »)
  • Lighting design
